Roofing Type

All Raingutter Systems offers extensive experience installing roof systems for both residential and commercial customers:

Composite

Composite or synthetic roofing shingles are made of a mixture of several commonly used roofing materials such as fiberglass, recycled paper products and asphalt. Composite shingles are fire resistant and don’t have problems with moisture.  Also, if damaged, composite shingles can be replaced on an individual basis. Composite roofing does not crack, split, peel or warp and comes in most any color, shape or size which makes them a highly versatile choice.

Tile

Clay and concrete are the two most common types of tiles used to cover roofs.

Torch-down

The material used in applying a flat roof is technically known as 'Bitumen', but more commonly known as asphalt. Bitumen by itself is perfect for roofing, as it has good water proofing qualities.

Poly-coat

The Polydeck decking system is a liquid applied, moisture cured, urethane waterproof system. It will not soften in heat nor brittle in cold. Installed and maintained properly, the Polydeck decking system will ensure years of service.

Architectural Metal

Metal panels are a type of exterior siding that is generally used on large commercial and high-rise buildings. These types of panels offer many features that make them an excellent choice to cover and enclose any type of structure.

Roofing Repairs

Roof Leaks & Repairs

All Raingutter Systems is prepared to respond to any roof leak systems that may arise.
Our technicians are highly trained specialists, equipped with tools and materials necessary
to identify and resolve most emergency water leaks.

In most cases, repairs made during rainy weather are initially provisional, as proper adhesion
is difficult to achieve in wet conditions. As such, follow-up repairs are typical.

Fascia and Soffit Dry Rot Repair

The structures of the roof closest to your

gutters — soffits and fascia — are the parts

of your roof-line most easily affected by

water damage. Cluttered and damaged

gutters, as well as by insects and nesting

birds and animals, can all be the cause

of this.

When damaged by water (with the

tell-tale discoloration and peeling paint),

soffits and fascia need the attention of our

skilled craftsman. We will carefully remove rotten wood and replace it with fresh lumber, making sure to properly seal, caulk, and paint it for a seamless look and full protection
from future problems. Contact us today and make your roofline look like new again!

Roof Inspections

All Raingutter Systems offers detailed roof inspections for insurance, home sales or just the “peace of mind” knowing the condition of your roof. Our inspections consist of a thorough visual inspection of the roof, skylights and chimneys. Our technicians will document and provide photographs of the inspection for your records.
